Can I be Preganant?

I am a 26 year old female.I had a tubal ligation about two years ago.A year after my first child I became pregnant with twins.I had not one miscarriage but two miscarriages in the same year.After those two miscarriages my cyle slowly became normal. But now they have become very irregular. For the past two months,last month was heavy for two days,then this month it was very light for two days.My cyle is usually five days long and heavy.My cycle is usually every 30 days. I am haveing breast tenderness and fatige, I seem to tire out easily. I am having cravings and I am hungry all of the time.I took a pregnancy test(a cheap one) that was negative.Should I wait and take another one are should I go ahead and take another one and then go to the docter.

are there any other circumstances that have changed? diet maybe? I had a bit of a problem with cycles adjusting when i went vegan and thought i was pregnant like 2 months in a row because it was so much like my first pregnancy just with like a half a day of spotting- but eventually it evened out- I would say if there have not been any lifestyle changes (such as drastic diet change or exceptional change in activity level) i would go to the doctor- but if there have been such changes i would wait, take another one, and see how things go-- good luck! keep us posted!
