Can I take a vicodin while pregnant?

Im in my 7th month and having severe lower back pain can I take a vicodin? Will it affect my babys health? what else sould I do?

Don't take that unless 1.) Your doctor approves it first. 2.) You have no other choice... I had to with my pregnancy and there was a lot of monitoring involved... I am with this one and I hate myself each time I can't stand my pain and take even 1 pill..

I would try acupuncture. Seriously, it can be wonderful for muscle pain.
