Care to be taken for Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

Hello Doctor,
My wife is undergoing her third pregnancy. Her previous two pregnancy had the  following history.
1st Pregnancy - She had severe PIH in her 28th week of pregnancy and she delivered the baby prematurely and the baby survived only for 1 week. She got complaints of swollen legs and hands on the 28th week and had to be operated on an emergency.
2nd Pregnancy - She had tube pregnancy and underwent laproscopy.

3rd pregnancy - She is currently in the 22nd week of her pregnancy. She is taking injection "thrombocin" to ensure that there is proper blood supply to the baby. I am observing that she gets blurred vision, giddiness, vomitting.

Pl. let us know what care should we take so that she has a safe pregnancy and delivery. Pl. guide us on what care should we take ?
