Cf carriers with unborn with echogenic bowel

At my 20 week scan it was detected that the baby had echogenic bowel. My husband and I have both had blood tests and are both carriers of the CF gene. We already have one beautiful healthy son who does not have CF. We are due to have amnio test on Monday and was wondering if anyone has been in this situation and had a positive result with the unborn baby not having CF?
