I had my tubes tied a little over 5 years, which I have regretted every day. My Ex husband didnt want to have anymore children so to make him happy, I did so. I am now remarried and would love a chance to have atleast one more child. I had a miss carriage 2 years ago. I would like to get my tubes reversed, wondering if anyone has any information. Ive had 2 c-sections, i dont know where to start, i dont want to over pay for a surgery, but i would really like another child. Im costantly dreaming that I am pregnant lately!
Technically yes, pregnancy is possible after tubal reversal. However, the chances of pregnancy are not as good as what they would have been had you not had any surgery. Also C-sections at times introduce infection. This also reduces chances of pregnancy. Post tubal reversals, ectopic pregnancy in fallopian tubes are common.
Hence, this is a decision that needs to be taken after careful consideration, and in consultation with your gynecologist. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined first to assess your chances of pregnancy after reversal. Take care!
