Clomid

Hi everyone, My DH and I are trying another IUI this cycle my doc has me on Clomid again but he also added the Puregon shots, I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this medication, successful or not? multiples? side effects? I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance . and baby dust to all!

I began my fertility treatment using clomid and continued for 3months with no success to bring on ovulation. I was then changed to self injecting puregon and continued this process until we had the result we wanted which was ovulation. The first month it happend on the 24day from start of period with BFN and then second month it was the 22day with 2 eggs ready for release and then I was given a once off injection called pregnyl given wen the eggs reached 20-24mm and ready for fertilization. I got a BFP that month (one egg fertilized) but only lasted 9wks before a natural miscarriage followed by a curette. We were advised before treatment that this may occur but it is not known if the treatment was the cause. Best of luck and thinking of you!
