I am 28, have an eight year old daughter, a HX of one definite miscarriage and one possible a couple years ago, I found out thatI have an an elevated FSH of 20. I passed my clomipheneClomiphene Clomiphene citrate challenge test and never understood whatthat means to my fertility issues. I would like to know more about this.. I know what it means if you had a bad result (poor or no egg reseve), but what does it mean if my ovaries returned the FSH to baseline like they were supposed to??? I saw a fertility Dr. and he agreed to do two IUI cycles and, to his amazement, I ovulated and all that fun stuff. I did not get pregnant. My husband has low volume, count and motility, and I had read that the best way to defeat this issue and the issue of poor reserve was ICSI. When I brought this up to my physician, he did not want to consider this and was pushing me to get a donor. I saw that I am capable of ovulating and my husband doesn't even want to consider a donor. Can anyone tell me what it means if my clomiphen challenge test was normalNormal saline flush and also soes anyone know of a fertility Dr. that is willing to help me and stop worrying about his/her statistics? We are willing to travelTravel sickness. Thanks!
