Confused Pregnancy

I had my last normal period on 20th Sep then my period were due on 18th Oct as my cycle is 29days but i had light spotting on 22nd oct then on 23rd it was light period which end on 24th or 25th i dont remember but it was abnormal period for me becuz my period usually stay for 5,6 days plus i didnt had any mood swing or period pain or feeling of periods .... on 27th i noticed some spotting with lots of cramps n my mouth taste was metalic when i woke up in the morning and morning sickness also so i did pregnancy test which came positive... i did 4 pregnancy test in 2 days n all came positive ... on monday i went to my GP , she didnt confirm me tht im pregnant becuz i was bleeding at the same time though it was light one  so she booked my appointment with Early Scan n my appointment is on 13th Nov. Now problem is tht my bleeding is stopped n i did pregnancy test again after a week n it came light ... i did tht in the morning then i did one more in evening n it came negative ... i hv doubts on test as i used different brand but im really confused now ... i do feel light cramps n some streching on my belly button n i cant sit on chair for more than 30 min ... but i dont hv breast tenderness or pain though i feel my bra is bit tight now but there is no big change ... i dont feel like im pregnant n last two test made me more confused ... can anyone tell me in which week i can feel the baby ??
