Continued Bleeding After D低 and HCG levels?

I had a d&c about 4 weeks ago for a missed miscarriage found at my 11 week u/s.  I had heard the heartbeat through doppler at 9 weeks but heart must have stopped sometime after.  My hcg at 11 weeks 2 days was 140,500 and two days later was 142,000.  This seems to be in the normal range for those weeks although it does seem high.  My path report came back not a molar - "immature chorionic villi". I had no cramping at all since d&c.  For the first week bleed red not too heavily, then spotted the next week.  Nothing for 3 days but then back to red blood spotting.  A few days after that started at exactly 3 weeks from the d&c I had a gush of blood and passed a golfball size blood clot, no cramping.  Then continued red light bleeding, not too heavy.  I continued to spot red for several days and then was turning brown but I went to the Doctor and had a pap and then started with red blood again.  Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since the d&c and still have some red spotting on and off throughout the day, just light though.  I took a home pregnancy test yesterday and it still showed a second line, it was lighter though then the home test I had taken at 2 weeks post d&c.  Does this seem abnormal to have this continued spotting with a still positive pregnancy test at 4 weeks after d&c? Do you think I will need another d&c?  I am very scared of that. Does my recovery seem abnormal?  I just hope everything gets back to normal.  I appreciate your response.
