Could I be pregnant? Or what else could it be?

So last month my period was a week late but was lighter. idk if should count from the day i started or the day i was supposed to either way im late though. Since my last peirod i have had cramps. I dont ever get cramping after my peirod just the week before. For the past couple of weeks and especailly at the momment i have really sor nipples. I havent been vomiting but everytime i eat for ab the last 5 days i start feeling sick in the throat. So I would just like to know what could be causing these things.

I have also been getting light headed. happens once in awhile no warning.
