Could this be thrush ??

My son is just over 7 months old, this morning I noticed the inside of his lips had a thin white coating on them.  It's near impossible to check inside of his mouth for sores or his tounge for additional white coating, but could this be thrush ?? He's eating well and it doesnt seem to be bothering him.  This could also be unrelated but his voice seems to be different now, he can't speak yet but the noises he makes now are the same but his voice seems to be raspy like he's lost his voice.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I just don't want to leave it too long and it get worse.

This could be thrush...............alot of babies get it....If at all possible,look on the inside of his cheeks and tongue...if it's white,it's probably thrush.....You need to take him to the Dr. and have him checked.They will give him a script for Nystatin (Mycostatin) oral suspension,that's if it is thrush.
