Cramping @ 13 Weeks

I have stopped bleeding (bleed from weeks 8-12) Have not bleed for almost week. Now will be 13 weeks tomorrow.  Have been having sharp, stabbing pain but hopefully that is just ligament pain.  I have had cramping now for about 3 days and just overall don't feel well.  Last appointment no u/s but did hear heartbeat but it took the dr long time to find.  Is cramping normal.  Have back pain also but have been having since about a week before bleeding started.  Anyone else have cramping or simliar experience.  Do I need to call dr. or just see if it gets worse or bleeding starts again.

I would call the doctor just to be sure.  If nothing else, maybe you could get some reassurance.  Did they tell you what the heartrate was?  If it was strong, that could be a positive sign.  Good luck!

I am also almost 13 weeks. One night, about 2 weeks ago, I had awful cramping for a few hours but none since then and I had an u/s that showed everything is fine. I would not panic if you are not bleeding. From what I was told and told again, if you are not bleeding it could be any number of normal pregnant things causing cramps:) Good luck!

They did not tell me the heartbeat as they were having a really hard time hearing it and for any length.  I have to go back again at 14 weeks.

I am 13 weeks and have had mild cramps on and off for the last 3 or 4 days.  Maybe it is just our babies growing.  I will pray for you.  Go get another U/s.  You deserve this.  Tell your doc, your intuition is bugging you.
