Cramping @ 6 weeks

Hi, I was had a question. I wanted to know, is it normal to have cramping but no bleeding during pregnancy? It has just been like menstrual cramps, and a little twinging here and there but nothing serious to think I may miscarry or anything like that.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Cramping is very normal. Your uterus is changing and preparing. You will notice even more the farther along you go. At least that is how it went for me. I wouldn't worry unless it is accompanied by bleeding, then call your doc.

That's absolutely very normal.  It feels just like your period.  It is your uterus stretching and changing.

Anything more severe should be mentioned to the doc though.

Had cramping throughout my pregnancy. Finally gave birth to my little boy two weeks tomorrow.

As long as there is no bleeding everything should be fine.

I'm at 12wks and I still get cramping sometimes. Still scares me, but It's nothing big.
