Cramping at 16 weeks...

I've been having off and on menstrual-like cramping with no bleeding for the last couple of days. I'm 16 weeks and I was wondering if anyone else has had this kind of experience. I've been feeling a couple of little pops here and there today, so I'm thinking everything is ok.

Probably just round ligament pains...
As long as you aren't bleeding, you're probably fine.

I am 16 wks 2 days and have similar pain and lower back pain its just part of being pregnant. And if the pain becames unbarable then you need to call your doc or go to the er. But it should be fine.

I am also 16 weeks pregnant and I had experienced for the first time the worst pain EVER!!! I didn't know what the heck was going on!! It lasted for about 30 minutes and I really thought I was on the verge of having a miscarriage... It happened in my lower abdomen. The baby is very low and I felt like I had REALLY bad gas but nothing was coming out... I called my doctor today and he said everything is fine as long as no blood is showing. What it could be is growing pains and or early contractions. There is such thing as getting contractions as early as 16 weeks like we are. Once again nothing to worry about as long as your not bleeding. I am not a doctor so of course contact your doctor if you continuing having these pains and if you get really worried. But don't worry your not the only one. It's a scary feeling of course because you don't want anything bad to happen to your angel!!!!
