Cramps-- is there a possibility that I could be pregnant?

I am hoping to be pregnant, but I had some cramps the other day and last night. I do have minimal cramps usually before my cycle, but last night was pretty bad (which is unusual).

I am due for a blood test Wednesday, but I am losing hope because of the cramping.   Do you ladies think it's still a possibility to be having these and be pregnant?

I know some women said they thought AF was definately coming and those signs included cramps... I could use some words of encouragement.   How many were surprised when AF did not come because the signs were all pointing her arrival?

I had my normal af "warning" signs with all 3 of my pgs. With my second I also actually had a period the first month I was pg, it was just lighter & shorter than normal. I didn't think anything of it until I missed my next cycle & found out I was already 2 months pg!! I don't want to get your hopes up, but a lot of people still have their cramps early on in pg. They can actually last for the first few months. I wish the very best for you! Good luck!!

It is still REALLY possible to be pregnant. I really thought my period was coming and the cramps were stronger than normal, and usually my cramps don't happen until the day before or the day of my period when it starts and thats why I kept thinking like that day I would start and everyday I was like "well I have my cramps so I will start!" Nope didn't happen! lol.....Good luck I hope this is your month :) Lost of baby dust to you******

I was on vacation when I kept expecting af, was having cramps that usually signalled it.  I pretty much ruined my whole trip running to the bathroom every 30 minutes to see if af had come, but it never did.  Sure enough, I found out the day I got back I was pregnant- I only wish I had known sooner so I could have relaxed a little!

For me, my cramps always came AFTER AF had arrived.  The day that I experienced cramps BEFORE AF...I knew something was different!  I took a test and got my BFP!!!

A co-worker of mine was also TTC and became discouraged when she started to get cramps.  I told her that cramps for me meant that I was pregnant...sure enough she was too!  She actually delivered her ds 3 days ago!  :)

I know that every body is different...but I hope these early AF signs are a good thing for you!

:)  Keep us posted!

I had cramps a few days before af was supposed to arrive, too (with an occasional lightheaded, dizzy feeling, and overall "yucky" feeling).
I usually only have strong cramps (like these were) the day OF or just after my af first arrives.
I took hpt tests around 11 dpo, and they had a faint +.(kept taking them all last weekend and they were ALL +...I was obsessed! :-) Thanks $ Tree!
Then I missed my period, but the cramps continued. They calmed down Thursday (was supposed to start Mon or Tue). Now I just get them periodically...mostly a dull pain in my lower abdomen with occasional sharp twinges that last a second or two.

I hope your crampiness is a sign of your impending BFP!! Good luck!
