Crib tent?

Girls I need help ASAP!! My dd 16mo has taught herself how to climb out of her crib!! I have lowered it all the way to the bottom,but yet she still manages to climb out.I am at my wits end.I have been sleep deprived for almost 2 wks.For one she has her nights & days mixed.And second I can NOT go to bed thinking she will climb out & hurt herself or worse wonder the house at night!! It is 5:24am & have yet to sleep a wink....I was told that these crib tents are GREAT.That the are sturdy & durable for baby's not to climb out & keeps stuff out as well.It is a bit pricey $70.But I honestly would pay $70 than an E.R visit or a hurt baby.Has anyone used this tent before? Any advice.Pleeease....Thanks.

Can you put her mattress on the floor, and gate off her room securely so you don't have to worry about her roaming?

Yeah they say when they can climb out of her crib is when its time for a toddler bed. Best bet is to get a todder bed and gate off her room. When its bed time put her in her bed and close the gate if she stays up all night thats her own deal. u get some sleep.

I did read about 1 baby dying and that was 1 too many for me :( DD started that and I was devastated, thought my freedom was over. Actually she did really well. I converted her crib to her toddler bed and put in a video monitor. THings went really well :)
