Cystic Hygroma

Cystic Hygroma

I have read so much about Cystic Hygromas and the possible chromosomal concerns.  At 9 weeks my doctors found the hygroma and it measures at 4.2 at 10 weeks and then 7.9 at 11 weeks.  I am now 13 weeks and waiting for my amnio at 15 weeks, my parinatologist did not feel I was a candidate for the CVS and said my odds were that the baby would have Turners.  I was at peace with this for a short while until I realized that the baby had very little chance of living through my pregnancy.  I then feel like I kept digging deeper, and found some articles specifying that if a baby makes it through the 1st trimester then your odds of miscarrying are less.  Are they a lot less, or only so slim that I should not hold out on hope? Then I also read that many times cystic hygromas turn out to be fine and the baby is pretty much perfect.  How much hope do I have in this?
