While i was getting my 20 week ultraUltra choice multivitamin/mineral Ultra choice multivitamin/mineral mature formula Ultra fresh Ultra fresh p.m. Ultra-natal sound done while pregnant they noticed i had a 4cm cyst on my right ovary which throughout the pregnancy got bigger and when i was 32 weeks the cyst was 12cm and i got it drained to 5cm. Went back to get it checked and it grew back to 10cm so the doctors just let it go. Well when i was 40weeks i got it looked at again just for grins and giggles and it was 16cm and was told after the baby i need to have it surgically removed.. BUT anyway i am pretty sure that ttc might be a problem if a cyst is there but i still think you have a very good chance of concieving. If you think you have a cyst on your ovary then you should tell your doctor you want an ultrasound done on your ovary/ovaries just to make sure. I don't know about the pain part because i never knew i had a cyst til they looked but i know there are symptoms and i know that sharp pain in your side is a clearClear by design Clear eyes Clear eyes acr Clear eyes clr Clear-atadine Clear-atadine children's sign you may have a cyst.. but its definately something you want to look at .
Hi, I totally know what you are feeling right now. I think I also have a cyst on my rt. ovary and I am going for an u/s tomorrow. I am also TTC and frustrated. However, My GYN said it should not affect my chances of conceiving. Let me know what happens with you and I will update tomorrow with what the tech has to say so look for my post. Maybe it will give you some insight into your problem as well. Best of luck to you!

P.S. I had an 8 cm one on my left ovary while pregnant, didn't know it, and it resolved itself by the time I had my c-section.
I had cysts because i did not respond well to Bravelle (I had hyperstimulation). They we went away in a month and my doctor told me that cysts do not diminish your chances of getting pregnant.
This month he put me on clomid, hcg and IUI. I had IUI on May 17th, and my pg test is on May 31st----crossing my fingures.
Good luck to you.
Hi again. I went to have my u/s today and it turned out I was right, I do have a cyst on my rt. ovary. However, the good news is that it is rupturing and taking care of itself. He noticed free fluid around my left ovary that was also from that cyst collapsing. I actually had pains on both sides and that is why. The doctor told me that these simple or even hemmoragic (sp?) cysts (mine) do not affect your chances of getting pregnant. I told him that I had a big one at my 8 week u/s when I was pregnant and he said it was probably there before. I hope this helps put your mind at ease.
