Cytotec induction stories?

Cytotec induction stories?

Hello, I'm currently 39w5d, but my midwives won't let me go overdue because of gestational diabetes.  They're going to start ripening my cervix with cytotec tomorrow, do a second treatment on Wednesday and induce, also with cytotec, on Thursday.  I have one experience with cytotec from a missed miscarriage but would love to hear anyone's experiences being induced with it.  This is my first child; no abdominal surgeries; the baby's head seems really low judging by the amount of pelvic pain I've had lately.  I'm getting contractions daily but they're not developing.  I've been doing everything I can to kick-start labor on my own, but time is running out.  Thanks from a daily lurker!

I just reread this post and realized that I said "this is my first child."  Of course, she's not my first, but it is the first time my uterus has been stretched this much.  That's what I meant.
