D and C and ectopic pregnany

I found out I was pregnant on Oct 7. I began to bleed on Oct 10. I we4nt to the ER and had an HCG level of 10. I went back the next day and was at an 8.  They told me I was miscarrying and to let my body pass it naturally. I didn’t think anything else was wrong. I bled for 5 days then my fiancé and I began to try again. I got a positive pregnancy test on Oct 28th and 29th. I figured it was a new pregnancy because my hormone was down so low when I miscarried I didn’t think it would take long to reach 5 or 0. I went to my doctor on Nov 3rd. I had an HCG level of 22, but my internal sonogram showed extra fluid and a small 3 cm mass, but also some thickening of the endometrial(I figured implantation). He then told me I was either pregnant again (very early) or having a tubule pregnancy from the first time. I came back on the 5th to have my HCG checked again and I had gone down to a 21. He told me if it was a new pregnancy I was miscarrying so I had a D and C on the 5th. I am so terrified that it will effect my future fertility. I am only 19 and I want a baby so badly. The doctor said he did not find much tissue in my cervix, but we get the results tomorrow. If there is no fetal tissue I have to go in and get a shot of methotrexate (however you spell that). That worries me too. I am wondering if anyone has any experience with D and C’s and tubule pregnancies who can lend me some advice and maybe some hope! Does anyone know hoe long I should bleed with my D and C or when I should start my period?
