D antibodies rising 31 weeks Pregnant - Concerned!!

Hey everyone.

I have RH - blood and have had 2 healthy full term pregnancies and one blighted ovum that ended in a D&C between the pregnancies.  So this is my 4th pregnancy, all three of the others I had the Rhogam shot, but this time they have me seeing a specialist because antibodies were present in my blood test.  Originally they saw C and E antibodies, and I went in for another blood test and only the D antibody was present.  They said baby looked fine and they just wanted to test me every two weeks to be sure the titers weren't rising... Well in two weeks the titers went from 1/4 to 1/16 and they told me they want to do an u/s every week.  All I know is that if the levels are too high my blood can attack the babies and cause anemia, or heart/liver problems.  I just wish I had more answers or heard from anyone else in this situation or that has been through it...

I'm wondering what the chances are for problems, and how likely a transfusion for the baby or early deliver are..

You are so close to being ready to deliver congratulations!  I have not personally had this issue, but I hope someone on here can provide you with some insight.  Keep us posted.
