DD always gets rash 2 days after fever breaks?

For some reason I have noticed that my dd gets a rash on her chest and back 2 days after her fever breaks. It's not a rash that you'd find on the internet..b/c I have searched. The last time she had this, the doc said it was do to a virus. She is not and has not showed any symptoms of being sick this time around. And the rash is different from last time.
She is 15mths.
Any suggestions?

My son gets that sometimes our doctor thought it was from teething.

That's what i thought it was ....teething...b/c it wasn't a high fever....100-101
I assumed the rash was from change in body temp too...

what does the rash look like.  I was told my my daughters doctor that her rash on her face was from her fever and after a few days I took her to children's hospital ER to find it was a staff infection but she was in the hospital a week before so that is how she received it.

That was also the reason for another fever..  Her rash was centered like a quarter not spread.
