DID I REALLY HAVE A MISCARRIAGE

I WENT TO THE DOCTORS THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE I WAS BLEEDING AND I WAS 4 WEEKS PREGNANT I HAD MY PERIOD UP UNTIL I WAS 6MONTHS WITH MY SON BACK IN 2002. NOW IM HAVIN A PERIOD NOW THAT I AM PREGANT MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I WAS HAVIN A MISCARRIAGE BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND IF I HAD A MISCARRIAGE WHY DIDNT THEY DO A D&C???????????? IT WAS A NORMAL PERIOD NO PAIN NO NOTHIN

Its possible you had a miscarriage or it could be early pregnancy bleeding. They don't always do a D&C usually only if you have a missed miscarriage (where your bodt doesn't get rid of it on its own) or if you miscarry and there is still some tissue up there. The only thing you can really do at this point is ask for a blood test to see if your levels are rising or dropping. The other option is to wait about 2+ weeks and get an ultrasound to see if things are developing like they should. Best of luck I hope everything works out for you.

I didn't have a d n c after my miscarriage I was 8 weeks they said it will come out on its own in early miscarriage. As u were only 4 weeks u probs wuldnt have pains as it was so early not a lot has to come out! Ask for an ultra sound and blood tests my hcg levels were falling so they knew it was a failing pregnacy. I still have 2cm of pregnacy tissue inside me now they said it shuld dissolve on its own and still aint had a period I miscarried 11 days ago.. I wish u all the best and hope your baby is ok xx
