Damp patches

im 39 weeks pregnant with my first child and i keep noticing that my pants are getting damp to the point that i have to change them i dont no if its my water leaking (its been happening for a couple of days)??

It's possible that it could be your bladder leaking or that your water has ruptured but I'm going to guess its your bladder if its happening a couple times a day and not continually. One thing I was gold to do when I thought my water was leaking the nurse had me empty my bladder, lay down on my side for 15-20 minutes and then stand up quickly. If I did this and liquid came out it was probably my water leaking. If you are concerned you can always go into L&D and they can check.
