Details on Laiken's arrival

well he was 8lbs 4 ozs and 20 1/2 inches! he has a head full of hair.. I'll have to say 36 hours was a bit long but all worth it! for those who would like to see a picture here is our little baby announcment web page ..

Anyways thanks to you all for all the advice you definetly helped me keep sane the last few weeks of my pregnancy!

I have a quick question also.. my sister in law had a little girl on the 5th of may. there is some type of milk allergy or something that runs iin the family that there allergic to breast milk and have to be on a certain type of formula... it's not lactose intolerant it's something different. has any one evere heard of this?

Milk allergy is a allergy to the protein of milk in cow's milk  there is lactose intolerant which is the lactose in the milk.
Milk allergy formulas--Isomil which is a soya milk for milk allergy and sensitivity (some kids are allergic to soya protein )

Alimentum -is a hypoallergenic formula containing no cow or soya protein

There is also Nutrimegen usually for babies with stomach troubles,
