Did I test to early? Also Open Forum Monday

Good morning Ladies! I hope eveyone's weekend was great.  

Yesterday I decided to test I got a BFN.  Could I have tested to early?  OPK test came back positive Mar 1, Mar 2 and Mar 3.

Hello, I think it's too early too.  How did you get 3 +'s on your OPKs?  Was one line darker than the other?  Anyway,  once you get a LH surge, O occurs within the next 12-36 hours so let's say you get a real surge on Mar 3, you are likely to O on from Mar 3 to 5 and that makes you 8 or 10 dpo which is a little early to test.  I would try again this weekend!

Good morning.. Unlike Froggies.. i couldnt wait anymore!!! haha.. got a BFN but what else was i expecting.. I will test again on thursday or friday.  

This weekend i had some MAJOR heart burn and nausea.. boobs slightly tender.. not anything noticable unless i poke poke poke.. hahaha..


I guess this will be the week that tells all!!

Hey there I am 14 1/2 weeks and I to am cramping. I know it's totally normal so don't worry. It's just making room for the baby and your uterus stretching. If you have any major cramps like more than what you would get with your period or any bleeding then I would put a ring in to your Dr. Other than that, if i'ts just cramping, you're not in the boat alone, I'm going through it to! only 11DPO :)  CD25  .  Last time i was pregnant i got a BFN 12DPO  not even a itty bitty line.. I dont know what possessed me to test yesterday i knew it would be BFN.. just a waste of $$..

I ovulated around the first and i got a neg the other day (was a light line i was told it was an evap) it might be too early. the one i used measures over 50 and it was only 10dpo. test again in a few days.i hope you get your bfp like i am hoping for myslef.

thanks for the reassurance, this is the first time I felt really like af crampy.  And i woke up feeling crappy for the first time in this pregnancy.  Almost like the flu...just exhausted.  I had thought this was supposed to be the trimester we get energy!!!!  how are you besides that???

Yeah, even though you know it may be a bad idea sometimes you just have to POAS.  I'm only 5 DPO, but I'm not feeling real optimistic.  After last month's HUGE disappointment I can't bear to even get my hopes up now.  I just knew I was going to get my BFP last month b/c I had all of these unusual "symptoms".  I guess it was just my ever-changing and evolving PMS.  IF AF doesn't show on time and my temps are still up I'm going to try to wait until 17 DPO this time.  Don't know if I'll make it, but that's my plan for now.

Hey girl, I knew you can't resist the hpt temptation!  I think it's just too early.  LOL!  
I don't have many symptoms, just tired and hungry, not a good combo!  My doc office just called and told me my HCG was up more than double and progeterone level was in the 30's so it was good.  No more test until the 31st.  I hope my body keeps it up and carry this baby to term.
I was at in laws on Sat and was offered wine, I just told her I quit drinking all togerther for Lent!

Dolly.. you are so lucky that you dont get any kinda m/s.  It isnt pleasant.  I get so nauseas!!!!!!  I spent my 6th week of pregnancy in disneyworld and Let me tell you... I was so sick of the place, the smells, the people.. AHHH i wanted to yack every time i walked into the hotel lobby..  I never did throw up though.  I stayed nauseas well into my 9th week.  I was feeling better around 10 weeks then i lost my babe.. Oh, the giving up wine thing for lent was smart.. ;-)

Ive been feeling bad since last tuesday.. i keep thinking i am having symptoms but i know it is too early.  I just want to KNOW one way or the other if i am pg or not.. if not, fine.. i just want to KNOW! i know i only have a couple days left until i know for sure, but isnt it amazing how our bodies can do exactly what we want them to do???  Now if only i could talk my body into dropping 50 lbs.. :-)

As for the 2ww symptoms, I find it really funny because my first cycle post d&c I was sooooo sure that I was going to get my bfp- sore bbs, nausea, extremely fatigue and even spotting on 12dpo (I thought implant bleeding forsure)! This time, all I had was some af cramipng and O twinges btwn 5-6 dpo and I got my bfp! Our minds really have a funny way of playing tricks on us. I am praying that the Holiday Babies Club has all it's members signed up this month! Lots of baby dust and stick dust to all********************************

morning. i tested friday and got a BFN. AF isn't due until tomorrow thought. so i'm hoping it was just too early. my dh thought it was stupid to test and i should just wait till AF came or not. but i was anxious. not so much any more. i hate when he's right. just depressed me a little. however, i only have one more day to see if af shows up. i'm unusually energized. usually the day before AF i'm dragging a**. a few other symptoms, but i think they are all in my head. trying not to get too worked up about it. but here's to hoping everyone gets their BFP this week!

I just wanted to let you all know that the BFPs are contagious...I got one this morning!  I had MC on 12/22/05, and this is our 2nd month of trying again. I was so excited and happy I started crying.  I have been having the strange symptoms this month, but felt them last month, too, so was really bracing for a BFN.  After the excitement wears off, the anxiety about something going wrong may overwhelm me. I wish everyone luck with a healthy pregnancy and/or getting a BFP very soon.  You have all been such a source of hope for me since December...please say a little prayer for me for a healty and full-term baby to arrive in November.

Kmp, I understand what you mean, it's a emotional roller coaster!  I am happy, excited, scare, insecure, etc.  all in the same time.  Let's hope we get some sticky baby dust!

yeah, i didn't even bother trying to explain the reasons why i wanted to POAS to him. why waste the energy? he wants a child just as badly, but i guess the waiting and worrying doesn't affect him as much since he doesn't have to carry the child.

Thank you all.  My DH wants to wait to tell people, but I was just bursting to tell people! I am officially passing along the bag of sticky baby dust to all who need it...and I am hoping a generous amount stays with me until November.  The due date is approximately November 27.  Whoo hooo!

It's really funny we had our miscarriages on the same day and got a faint but BFP today!!!!!!!i was feeling pregnant last month, but was not as af showed up on the 19th feb. i feel really sick now! but its a good sign for me!!! good luck with your pregnancy!!!BFP are catching!

I am so happy to hear that...I want us both to have only positive news this time - I am so excited for you...and the coincidences are crazy!  My BFP was also faint, but very definitely there - and it is still early. I am supposed to call my OB right away to schedule progesterone and Hcg tests - b/c of the M/C.  I'm so nervous and excited at the same time.  Congratulations to you - wonderful news!

tell me about it!! i know mine was a postivie as it was different to my negatives (much thicker). i am going to call the doctor in the morning. i want an early scan this time, in the U.K we are allowed an early scan if we have had 3 m/c. i think thats ridiculous! waiting till 12 weeks when you've had a m/c would be torture. it is waiting till 12 weeks any way.

Yes, you need to use FMU because hpt needs highly concentrated urine to detect hcg.
