Dizzy Spells...

so this whole last week i have been having spells where i get so dizzy .. it kind of feels like im on a merry-go-round.. then i start to see little black dots..  I haven't been able to keep much down lately.. i am living on brown rice and veggies and i can keep down some wheat toast in the morning.. so i was thinking maybe its because im not eating enough..  im still exercising regularly as well... today i honestly thought i was gonna pass out while i was doing laundry....

Drink lots of water, too little can cause you to be dizzy..and try to stay off your feet and avoid getting too warm/hot if you can. It can be because you are not eating enough small snacks and meals too throughout the day or it can be low blood pressure.

i agree, drink plenty of fluids.  I will get dizzy if i'm dehydrated.  Check youuself out if it continues.

If you are well hydrated and having dizzy spells, you should see a doctor.

wow. i u definately are doing a good job in keeping healthy. before i was pregnant, i ran 11 miles a week and ate lots of veggies. now, becuase im prone to misscary i havent kept up running. and ive been having the strangest cravings for pizza and hamburgers and donairs... none of which i ate before.

i also get dizzy spells. its kinda freaky cuz its usually when im getting up from sitting down or lying down and ill see black spots. luckily i havent fainted yet :o)

I know everyone has said this, but drink drink drink! And just take is easy until you are able to eat normal again. You don't want to over exert yourself if you are not eating enough. Your body won't be able to handle it. hang in there...you will start feeling better soon!
