Don't feel pregnant anymore?

I'm six and a half weeks pregnant right now.  I had a previous miscarriage from luteal phase defect, but so far this one has been sticking.  For a while I was queasy and my breasts hurt, but now it seems like those symptoms are going away.  My breasts are still a little tender and I'm still tired, but it could be me not getting enough sleep.  Should I be concerned?  I can't get in for an ultrasound until the 24th.

I also have a luteal phase defect my luteal phase is barely long enough to support pregnancy. I have a 3 1/2 year old son, and have been trying for a daughter, I have a had a positive test, but late last night i began to cramp and bleed heavily.

Not sure exactly about your situation but are they checking your levels of progesterone and everything?  I know that when my symptoms started going away i noticed it was when my progesterone dropped.  they were giving me injections that's how i could link it.  just a thought.

I had my hcg levels checked a week or so ago, and a week before that, and they rose from 760 to 7900.  My doc wants me to get an ultrasound between 7 and 8 weeks.  Its scheduled for the 24th.  I have not had any bleeding as of yet.  My last pregnancy was a blighted ovum from the lpd, and I only made it about 5 weeks, so I've past that already and am 6 weeks and a few days as of right now.

I think you'll be ok, just try to relax.  I think symptoms come and go.
