Down right bad 3 yr old son

where do i start. i think something is wrong with him. sometimes i feel like a bad mom because i wish i could pack him up and send him first class mail back to the east coast to live with my family. i have a 8mth old baby girl that he pushes off the sofa for time to time. hits her will try and run his toy cars into her if she's crawling. he doesn't listen at all. his grandparents cant take him places because he just wont listen.. his father cant control him and I barely can. but it gets worst as the mouths go on. talks back, yells at you. fights you sometimes screams and cries for no reason and if you are killing him. he doesnt response to any type of discipline he just cries for a few mins then will do it all over again.. and yes ive tried it all.. even yelling doesnt work.. can a 3 yr old have ADHD?? i think he does.. all i know is im tired of him and something needs to give because you shouldnt feel this way about your child? plz help me anyone. i love my big handsome boy.. i just dont know what else to do..

A three year old can be diagnosed with a multitude of things. I would definitely get him an appointment with a pediatric psychologist or therapist or something so you can try and figure out why he is doing these things. I would start making appointments now because the wait might be long. My appt with our developmental pediatrician for our 3 yr old was made in March and we weren't seen until October. Definitely get him help. Once you figure out why you can help correct the behavior.
