Dropping hormones

Hi ladies,
Ok, as some of you know I have a blighted ovum pregnancy and was undecided as to whether to use the pill or go for D&C. Today, I got my blood test result back and my hormones went from 28000 to 24360 in 2 days. Do you think I should wait and give it a chance for natural miscarriage, considering that I've had 2 D&Cs before? Do you know how long it takes for a miscarriage to complete since the hormones start dropping? I appreciate if you share your insights. Need your advice.
