We won't have our second Hcg level tested until July 2nd - seems like it is light years away - and way too much time to worry if its normalNormal saline flush for the numbers to flucuate this way
Yeah... Im kind of surprised that they are waiting that long in between tests... I had my first one on a friday and the next on a monday. They never told me my numbers but there wasn't much of a change. But that was because my baby stopped developing at 5 weeks and I carried it until I was supposed to be 13 weeks then miscarried.
The numbers need to double. That's what's important. When you say 2wks I'm going to assume you mean 4wks pregnant, 2 wks since conception.
Here's a good site with listed HCG lvls.

it is really weird that they are waiting that long. at that point your numbers really wont mean anything. the first test tells you whether you are pregnant basically, the second should be two days later and see if it doubles. HOWEVER, if it doesnt double dont freak out. mine only went up 20% in two days and the dr told me i was having a miscarriage. i am currently 30 weeks pregnant now with a healthy baby boy. it is really the u/s and seeing the heartbeat that will tell you the most. Good Luck.
An excellent site for hcg levels is www.betabase.info. It has levels for multiple and single pregnacies, allows you to track your hcg levels, also has a doubling calculator. I found it very helpful.

That number sounds fine for 4wks.
