Early pregnancy failure

Tried for 6 months without any ovulation medication. Not getting any success, done HSG where the tubes came out to be normal. After that on my very first cycle of clomid induced ovulation got conceived. Ovulation was on 18th day according to the baseline scan. On 5W1D from LMP betaHCG and progesterone was 977 and 23.4 and on 5W3D 1296 and 23.11 respectively. Done the first TVS on 7W1D and the gestational sac was .43cm with a small yolk sac and no embrionic node and no heart beat. BetaHCG and progesterone was 2136 and 10.4. Was given gestofit 100 IM henceforth. Repeat USG on 8W1D showed a gestational sac of .53cm and a tiny embrionic node and a CRL of .16cm without any heartbeat. Another repeat USG on 9W1D showed an empty sac of .9cm. I was told to discontinue the pregnancy.I suffer from hypothyroidism, 4.86 TSH befor pregnancy which slighltly increased to 6.8 within the pregnancy and the dose was adjusted. Have several cysts in the right ovary. Was taking Bigomet SR 1000 and folic acid and ecosprin 75mg. My fasting glucose was 103 before becoming pregnant and came down to 86 during pregnancy.Body weight is 70kg. My husband has not done any semen analysis. Could please give your kind opinion about this failure. I am 38+ and my husband is 39+.
