Ectopic Pregnancy - how long for recovery?

I had an ectopic pregnancy and was treated with methotrexate 16th Feb, 2010.  It feels like it is taking forever to feel better both physically and emotionally.  My blood results were 35 the other week and then 26 this week so the decline has slowed down massively.  I've had really bad tummy pains and bleeding this week even though I was expecting to be at zero.  I felt a lot better a couple of weeks ago but seem to have gone backwards.  It's my 6th week off work and I just want to get back to normality....yet I feel so weak.  Any thoughts or help would be hugely appreciated because I don't know anyone who has been through this.  Naturally I also worry about future pregnancies as I don't understand how methotrexate works.  If my tube is damaged, and not removed, is the chance of this happening again higher?  Please let me know!!!
