Ectopic pregnancy help need advice.!

I am 16 years old, the condom broke and here i am 2-3 weeks later pregnant we think. I might have did the test wrong and messed it up, i have been reading alot about ectopic pregnancies and they say you experience abdominal pain like knives. I have had some and just early this morning i spotted. Just a small about of blood , i thought it was going to be my perfiod but it was so  life not even noticable, happened twice today close to eachother. I think it might be an ectopic pregnancy, and i cant tell my parents, it would be better in my interest that they not know. Anybody have any advice? Im lost and scared!

Sweeheart it s best that you share this information with your parents. They may become highly disappointed, but yur healh matters the most. Your fallopian tube could rupture if you are suffering from an ectopic pregnancy. I know that it can be difficult to tell your parents, but I was in the same waters that you are in now. I fell pregnant at 16 and my mom was upset, but she was there every step of the way, even in the room when I had to have a c- section. She kissed me and told me everything was going to be alright nd everything! She was even there for my 2nd pregnancy when I was 18, She stayed in the room the whole time just like the first time. It made be hard to say, but if you are pregnant you need care and attention now. Oh and not to add that my mom had to pay for me to have my baby because her insurance does not deal with minors and state said she made too much money. She already paid it off. I have a lovely mother who loves me, but tells me when she is disappointed or greatly hurt. She cares about me though.
