I'm curious about this myself now that you ask. I've never heard anything about there being restrictions on eggs during pregnancy so you've sparked my interest. Anyone know?
Its got something to do with contracting salmonela (salmonellaSalmonella enterocolitis), if we eat under cooked eggs our immune system is strong enough to deal with it, but the babys immune system is not fully developed so it can make them ill. I was just wondering what types of eggs are ok.
The only thing I've heard about eggs is that pregnant womenWomen's way who eat them are much more likely to experience morning sickness. Beyond that, you'd probably have to ask your doctor!
