Hi. I by no means an expert but, from what I heard, energy bars have ALOT of sugar. I know what you eat goes into your breast milkBreast milk Breast milk jaundice Lactose intolerance Nipple discharge - abnormal so I guess if it's ok for the baby to have a elevated sugar, than I guess it will be ok. But again, I dont know much about breast feeding or baby's sugar intake.
and as for the energy bars it depends on the brand as most contain the natural energy stimulant guarana which should be absolutly avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding it passes through the milk best to avoid then all together hey.
