Estrogen/Provera/Clomid?

My doctor has finally prescribed estrogen for me to take (after Provera failed twice). I am to take the Provera and Clomid also. My question is, when do I start the Provera, while taking the estrogen, or after I finish the estrogen? After taking the Provera, then Clomid on cycle days 5-9. Just need to know when to start the Provera. Thanks.
