The best answer I have is that it takes the HCG a while to leave your system after you miscarry. For some womenWomen's way, it can take quite some time before it gets back down to zero. Hope that helps.
Actually hgc doesnt go away completely, we walk around with the smallest amount everyday whether we are pregnant or not. Its very low though, I think like 2 or something.
Has your period come yet? It sounds like you probably had a very early miscarriage and that your hormone levels are on their way back down. How far apart were the qualitative and quantitative tests? Was the quantitative later? Good luck! Annie
