Extremely sore breast with milk discharge

Ok i have a question is this normal.... i was taking a shower a i sqeezed my breast and like milk came out i am iregular in my periods so its hard to determine if im pregnant or not by going based on my period i don'y think i am i have extremely sore breast which i alway shave before my periods but i was just wondering cause i have never had milk come out of my breast and like a white milk came out and only from one breast i have two children already so im a little concerned in whats going on

hi, wouldn't worry too much i breast fed for a short while and still had milk in right side 2 years after, when i spoke to my friend about it she had been doctors for same reason and she still had milk one side 8 years after her last child!
