FHR at 12 weeks?

FHR at 12 weeks?

I am 12 weeks pregnant, I have had an ultrasound at 6 weeks that showed my fetal heartrate at 157. at 10 weeks I had a checkup and she found the heartbeat with a doppler, but did not tell me what the rate was. I got a home doppler yesterday, and can find a heartbeat, but it is very low, ranging from 85 to 95. I have a few questions.. Could this be my heartrate I am picking up? would it sound the same? It sounds like the normal "whooshing" I heard in the dr. office. Also, if it is in fact my fetal heartrate, what do I do? I am at work right now and don't want to leave to go to the hospital if Im just getting worked up over nothing. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

With a heartbeat that slow it most likely is your heartbeat, your babies heartrate should be higher.  If you are concerned, call your ob and ask what s/he wants you to do.
