Fetal heartbeat

At 7 weeks I had my first ultrasound vaginally I was told I was pregnant with twins, the tech showed me both of them and then stated one didn't seem to be growing and didn't have a heartbeat.  Has this happened before and they are wrong?

It's possible that one twin stops developing. Then it's also possible that it will catch up. Do some research on vanishing twin syndrome. I hope this doesn't happen to you. I hope you have two healthy babies.
