I have also been very sick for a few weeks with a low grade fever as well, it is most likely a virus. And unfortunately, antibiotics will not help a virus. Only time will help. The good news is that her fever is a low grade and should not cause any problems with the baby.
Has she been doing all the normal things to attempt to keep it down? For example, a lukewarm bath, tylenol, lots of fluids(I am a huge proponent of orange juice when ill and lots of water) and of course rest.
By intoximation I meant the morning sickness present during pregrancy. My wife is nauseous all the time, and periodically has to throw up. Her fever is gone now.

Hope this helps
