Gest Sac & yolk Sac No fetal pole yet? Should be around 6 wks?

Hello, This is my First Pregnancy and im the most paranoid pregnant woman yet! lol But i went to the Er on Thursday 6/5 because i had just a small amount of spotting and it freaked me out. They did 2 ultrasounds and the radiologist came into the ultrasound room and said "yep no fetal pole fetus is Dead" I was beside my self. crying like you would not believe. My mother had called my ob while i was still waiting to be discharged from the er and he said that There was no fetal pole yet But my levels were Great.( hcg & Pregestrone) which i had done on monday. I have to go back this wednesday for another ultrasound to see if any changes have been made. But im So Scared of loosing this baby. what are the chances do you think that i can still have a healthy pregnancy? I have been so nervous and scared .But something inside of me tells me not to give up that they can still find a fetal pole and heartbeat. My peroids are so irregular so i couldent tell ya how far along i really am. They est. me around 6 wks. I could sure use some adivce on how to deal with this. and what people think my chances are on having this baby :)...Thanks.
