Goats Rue and More Milk Plus

so.. i stopped breastfeeding my daughter when seh was 3 months old and i'm now trying to start back up again and trying to get my milk to come in. well, i called the lactation consultant this morning and she recommened me to get some goats rue and more milk plus, but in order to get that i have to go an hour out of my way to get it.. the goats rue is supposedly supposed to build back all the breast tissue i lost and i guess the more milk plus is supposed to make me make lots of milk.. i was wondering if anyone has ever used this stuff and if i really need it. she seems to think i won't get as much milk back as i was making before.. i guess that's why she recommened those to me. i just need someone else's opinion please and thanks!!!

my mother used goat's milk on my nephew cause his mother wasnt lactating at all i am 12 weeks and want to breastfeed but if it doesnt work ill be giving my child goat's milk to see if that will take

I tried to re lactate with my first child (a premie, long story!) I just used an electric pump and tried to get the baby to nurse as often as possible, I only ever managed an ounce or two but he wouldn't latch. I would go out of your way to get these things if it was advised and it can help you with milk production, it is a very tough thing to do, well done you for trying though, I wish you all the best.
