Gushing periods after miscarriage

I have had 2 miscarriages, one in July one in October.  With the 2nd I hemorrhaged twice.  Got back on the pill (Yaz) and hemorrhaged again at my 1st period.  The doc had me take my pills 3 for 3 days, 2 for 3 days and then resume normal package.  I spotted the whole month, felt like I had PMS and had acne.  So I got my period again, this time very heavy, clotty, and it seems like I have gushes that immediately fill a tampon and then I won't bleed and then another gush.  Very strange for me.  I have had hormonal tests, blood tests and my transvaginal ultrasounds all come back clear.  When I had my US last time I bled my lining was 5 mm with no unexplained thicknesses.  Doc can't find a thing.  Just don't know why all this bleeding, anyone ever had this and got help?  Now I am back on my old pill Tri Levlen since it always worked hoping it will even me out.

Sorry about your M/C.  I have heard of other people having periods like you.  After my M/C my periods were just like usual, just a little heavier.  You may want to call your OBGYN and make sure all is well.  Make sure you stay on a good prenatal or multi vitamin with iron so you don't get ran down.

I had this a bit too after my d and c. My first af was very ligh; however my second one started with a bang, just a rush of blood. And then it would slow, then I would get another gush for a while, almost uncontrollable, then it would slow. It went on like this for 6 or 7 days for me. Very strange, but I think it's normal after a miscarriage.
