HCG Level

by vliet12, Aug 23, 2007 08:42AM
Hello -- My husband and I did IVF and Monday they call and told me I was pregnant my HCG was 95.  Wednesday when back for more blood work and they said my HCG was 75 -- they said this could mean that the implantation did work or I am having a tubal pregnancy.....since it is going down should I worry?  I go Friday for another blood tests.  Is there any possible way I could still be pregnant

I hate to say this, but from what I know HCG should be doubling every 48-72 hours. When I miscarried, my HCG never got very high just around 80 and 2 days later it was down in the 60's.... You can google HCG and read all about it. I'm sorry to tell you that.

How many days past the trasnfer are you.  HcG levels are unpredictable.   It's OK to hope and pray.
