HCG levels-Pregancy

my first blood test showed levels of HCG 119, 2 days later HCG level was 79.  The nurse said I am having a misscarriage. Is that a true statement or are there still chances I can have a normal pregnancy?

Your lvls are supposed to double ever 48-72 hrs. Your lvls dropping are a key sign of miscarriage. I'm sorry, but that doesn't look good.

I hate to agree with the above post, but I would say a mc is inevitable.  Your numbers are not doubling, but dropping drastically.

The exact same thing happened to me this past week.  My levels on Monday were 53 and Thursday 24.  On sunday I started to bleed, and now have a full flow.  They say that this is common, but I will keep my fngers crossed that you have a different outcome.

I hate to give any false hope
but dehydation can cause HCG levels to drop so there is a slight possibility

I found out I was pregnant jan 1st based on my last period I am 6 weeks however on jan 13 I started spotting and now I have a flow and passed some tissue 2 days ago in ER my urine test said positive and my hcg level is 154.04 now I have another blood test tomorrow can I still be pregnant!
