Hi!
I am sorry but HCG levels should not drop in early pregnancy. In early days doubling HCG levels are more important than the actual HCG levels. A drop is HCG level is usually indicative of a miscarriage. At times the levels do double up after an initial level. Hence, your doctor has asked for a repeat test after two days. As of now, you can just hope and pray—will do the same for you. Take care!
