HELP- CONFUSED

So here is the story! I had my period December 9th and it ended on December 14th , regular period , didn`t have sex during it or after my period , but I did about 4 days before my period started and the condom did break. After finishing the whole period thing I have been having clear discharge til this day , times where it will go on my underwear too sometimes. And i have been feeling strange ever since my period ended , after I eat something I feel yucky but hours later I will want too eat again then so on with feeling yucky or sick-ish feeling after I eat. Tiny cramps here and their , but different , not the ones youh get with a period. Back ache , Always tired , I can sleep for hours but when it comes too going too sleep , I usually don`t sleep till 2am-4am. Yesterday on December 25th around maybe 8pm 9pm? I went too the washroom cause lately I pee more than usual but not all crazy like all the time , mostly every 2 hours about. Well I was bleeding when I wiped myself , thinking I was starting my period again , it was light and it was bright red and eventually turned too reddish pinkish , and the next day , which is today (the 26th) , already 7:42pm , it stopped. There`s nothing at all. But still a tiny bit of discharge not as much as before. What's going on?

Four days before the start of a period is a safe time to have sex, and does not result in pregnancy. If you are pregnant, there is a possibility that you had sex in-between, and you cannot remember as of now.  Take a pregnancy test. If this is negative, then your symptoms could be due to gastritis, acidity, hormonal imbalance or PCOD. It is difficult to diagnose on net.
Please consult your PCP or gynecologist for primary examination. Take care!
