HELP! 2yr old with recurring Abdominal Pain

In December our son came down with (what we think) was horrible Stomach Bug, he had stomach pains for 3 days that followed by diahhrea and vomiting.  He spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in the hosptial doing tests because he was in so much pain.  My daughter had the Stomach Flu a week earlier so we are not sure if this is what contributed to it.  He had blood tests, xrays, ultrasound and stool cultures done which were all fine.
After that episode between the time in December and end of January he still complained of tummy pains every so often, and then again the exact same thing happened, he had abdominal pain very bad for a few days, followed by diahhrea and then vomiting.. again he was in the hosptial due to horrible pain.  He had a Barium Enema done which showed no major signs of blockage (he was a little constipated), so was put on Lansoyl Constipation Jelly and we took him off all milk products.
Fast forward to yesterday.... it is happening all over again.  We are so upset!!! This has been horrible for our little guy and for us!! Doctors seem to be at a stand still.  He had Celiac Tests run, more xrays.. and still nothing.
Please help.. if anyone has gone through something simular I would love to hear your story.  At this point we are at a loss.

Carson got crazy belly troubles just before he turned 5.  He has large stools so they put him on Miralax, which we probably should have done sooner, but it didn't seem to help.  He would turn sheet white & double over.  We went thru this from about Feb thru Oct.  In his case, it started right after his kindergarten screening & finally went away after he was in school awhile.  He was going daily, but had gotten backed up some, so we really had to make sure we kept him regular.  Once his nerves went down he was good.  It was odd because he was really excited to go to school & never seemed nervous, but the Dr. thought it was anxiety or Crohn's.  Thank goodness it must have been nerves.  It was awful for those months though.  Hopefully they figure it out.  Poor little guy, so many things can mess with their bodies.  Try to be mindful of anything different when it happens & keep up with his ped.  It helped us.
